HEART UK, FH Sweden, FH Portugal, FH Norway and FH Austria meet in London to discuss creating a network
Formation of a network, named FH Europe, supported by a volunteer Steering Group
The administration centre for FH Europe is set up at HEART UK
The number of countries in the network increases to over 20 – a members’ directory is produced
FH Europe is promoted at stands at conferences in Innsbruck (May) and Amsterdam (Sept.)
A Twitter account is created and a bi-monthly E-flash newsletter is produced. A provisional website is created.
FH Europe is established as a legal entity – a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) with five Trustees.
FH Europe is represented at healthcare conferences in Europe
Policy activity continues to promote the key concerns originally set out in the 2015 Call to Action
The April 2017 ‘heat map’ provides an illustrated guide to progress on implementing FH services across Europe.
A new website is developed to provide information for members and patients and provide training in policy and communications activity for member organisations
FH Europe is supported by an educational grant from Amgen Limited, Sanofi, Regeneron, Akcea Therapeutics Inc. and Amryt
